How can we help you?

01. Are the paintings framed?

Rolled Canvas: When you select the “Rolled Canvas” option, your artwork will be delivered rolled in a high quality cardboard tube, unframed. With this option, you can frame your work yourself or have it professionally framed at a later date to provide a personalized presentation of your work.

STRETCHED: When you select the “Stretched” option, your painting will be mounted on a high quality wooden frame, fully stretched and ready to hang out of the box. This ensures that your artwork is presented with optimal tension and support so that you can enjoy it immediately.

Framing: artwork will be framed in any option except “rolled canvas” and “stretched”. We offer five different frame options: black, white, gold, silver, and wood, each made of premium metal for durability and quality.

02. Are all paintings handmade?

Yes. All paintings are 100% hand-painted by professional artists on demand after the order has been placed.

03. What orientation is the artwork?

All sizes are listed in inches or centimeters and follow the format height x width.

For example: An image sized 24 x 20 inches is 24 inches tall by 20 inches wide, or 61 x 46 centimeters is 61 centimeters tall by 46 centimeters wide. (24“ x 20” / 61 x 46 CM)

04. Will the colors I see on my monitor match the actual hand-painted artwork exactly?

While we strive to capture and display our hand-painted artworks as accurately as possible, it's important to note that colors may appear slightly different in person compared to what you see on your screen. This variation can occur due to several factors:

  1. Monitor calibration: Every computer or device screen has different color settings and calibration.
  2. Lighting conditions: The lighting in your space can affect how colors are perceived.
  3. Natural variations in paint: As each piece is hand-painted, there may be subtle differences in color mixing and application.

05. Do you offer unstretched or rolled canvases?

Yes, we offer both stretched and unstretched canvas options. Rolled canvases are great for international shipping or if you prefer to have them stretched locally. They're also ideal if you want to frame the canvas yourself.

06. What's the difference between a hand-painted artwork and a print?

Hand-painted artworks are unique pieces created directly by artists using paint and canvas. Each has visible brushstrokes and texture. Prints are mechanical reproductions of original art. They lack the texture and depth of hand-painted works. Hand-painted pieces are one-of-a-kind, while prints can be produced in multiple identical copies. Hand-painted artworks generally hold more value due to their originality and the artist's direct involvement.

07. Can I request custom size, color changes, or modifications to the artwork?

Yes this is possible. We are happy to accommodate your preferences for customizations. Just send us an email to support@rainbowop.com with a picture of painting, specify your dimensions and framing option, and we will create a custom order tailored to your needs.

08. Can I buy the digital image?

We do not sell digital copies of any images.

09. International Taxes&Duties

Kindly be aware that once your order arrives at the country of destination, local laws regulate and your order may undergo import taxes and duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your buying price and thus they are the responsibility of the customer. On the other hand, we will provide information to customs if it is needed.

10. How do I clean my canvas print?

Gently dust your canvas with a soft, dry cloth or use a feather duster. For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water (no soap!) and gently dab the area. Avoid rubbing, which can damage the canvas. Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
